Each step preserves the separation between public information, management authority, and guard field work.

  1. 01Management users

    Open console.sentares.com for organization administration, supervision, incidents, reporting, and account security.

  2. 02Guards

    Open guard.sentares.com for assigned field work. A supervisor or administrator must issue access before sign-in.

  3. 03Password recovery

    Management users can request a reset from the console. Guard access questions should go through the organization supervisor during rollout.

  4. 04Unexpected denial

    Confirm the organization code and account role. Do not share credentials or attempt to reuse a management account in the guard application.
