- 01Sign in
Use the organization code and guard credentials created through your invitation. Management accounts cannot use the guard application.
- 02Confirm location
Allow foreground location access and verify that the selected assigned site reports ready before submitting field activity.
- 03Record the shift
Use clock-in, patrol, and clock-out actions only for the active assignment. The API rechecks assignment and location.
- 04Report incidents
Add a concise title, useful details, and evidence when available. Offline actions remain queued until they can be submitted.
